It's Time to Move On....

In order to live in the present moment, you must release the pain of the past. I know how hard it can be to let go of what is, but knowing in your heart what you deserve should make the decision a little easier. The longer you stay entangled in a loveless relationship the longer you will continue to wrap your heart and you’re love in bondage with someone who will never see your worth. I remember so clearly when I was in this situation and was so wrapped in my emotions thinking that this was love, however it was FLAR false love appearing real. I thought it was real, I thought this is the way love is suppose to be, I thought this is real love. But then I realize that I wasn’t being treated how I deserved to be treated. No quality time, no date nights, no affection, no real genuine love being displayed on his part. I had a conversation with myself that went a little like this. Girl, why are you sitting here by yourself in your feelings and emotions for a man that does not respect you, love you, or even care about your feelings? When will you realize that you are worth more than sex and taking care of the household things. Life is way more bigger than being unhappy. These were some of the thoughts that was going on in my head. I was over the disrespect and the one sided loveless relationship, I was ready to enjoy life and be genuinely happy the way God intended me to be. When I began to identify my worth, that’s when God took me from a lonely space to living my best life. As woman we must realize that before we can heal we must began to love ourselves unconditionally. Self love is so valuable an important to our healing process we must take the necessary steps to get there and I will walk you through my journey and how I went from a hurting black woman to a healed black woman. I moved on with my head held high, it was not easy but it was not hard. I have so much I want to share with you that will help you get through your journey. Stick with me as I share my journey of how I documented my journey through journaling and writing in my diary to become a healed black woman.

Your life is about to change for the better and God is going to take you on a journey that you will never forget. I love you my Queen sisters, hang in there because a change is about to come.

Signed,

Diary of a Healed Black Woman
